The success of every company depends on their leaders and the long term success depends on having leaders that can progress and develop, eventually being able to able to take on the senior leadership roles and rum the company. This workshop will be led by younger leaders who will talk about their experiences and how you can encourage and support young leaders to stay within your company in a leadership role.

An Introduction to Tonbridge Water Activity Centre

Tonbridge Water Activity Centre is located just outside London, in Kent and run by North West Kent Battalion. With easy access from the M25 and even accessible by train, the centre is a great location for companies in London. This session will be run by one of the leaders from the centre who will explain all the opportunities the centre can provide for your young people.

Risk Assessments form an important part of the administration tasks within a company and this task has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session will provide you with the skills and knowledge to be able to complete your company’s annual risk assessment with confidence.
