A rather soggy evening greeted spectators which included representatives from 2nd West Kent and 4th Sutton onto Horse Guards Parade at the Guards Beating Retreat event on 4th July. As usual the music and marching from the various bands taking part were superb even though the weather wasn’t which was a shame, but it didn’t stop the enjoyment and spectacle. Thank you to the Army for releasing the tickets and offering the opportunity to enjoy this special event.
