DESCRIPTION:This year\, the YOU London Future Leaders Development Conference will take place at Kingsford Community School\, Newham. \nThis annual event is a collaborative initiative hosted by the BB and 11 other uniformed youth organisations from across the city\, held this year on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October. \nThe weekend is packed with inspiring speakers\, including Hilary Carty from Clore Leadership\, Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London and Flt Lt Simran Bahra\, a recently qualified RAF pilot. It also features practical activities designed to help young people: \n\nDevelop their personal leadership style\nDiscover their individual strengths and weaknesses\nPick up valuable tips from the experts\n\nThe event is free for members of uniformed youth groups in school years 10–13.
