On Saturday 22nd March we held our annual Band & Drill Competitions Day in Bexleyheath, at the home of 14th West Kent.
The event brought together around 60 young people from across the District to compete in 13 competitions for solo and team musicians, full bands, drill squads and colour parties.
A considerable amount preparation went into all of the performances and the young people can be proud of an impressive standard all round, resulting in a number of close contests. Very well done to everyone who took part!
Thank you also to all of the leaders, the judges and organisers, and our hosts at 14th West Kent for all their efforts towards a fantastic day.
