VE Day 80 Parade

The London Massed Bugle Band has been invited to participate in the VE Day 80 Parade in Westminster.

This is an exciting and very high-profile event, which will be broadcast live on the BBC as part of the VE Day 80 celebrations that week. It will include a ceremony at Parliament Square, followed by a parade up Whitehall, past Trafalgar Square and down the Mall to Buckingham Palace, where members of the Royal Family and other dignitaries and guests will watch from a stage at the Queen Victoria statue. Following this there will be the opportunity to see a flypast from the Buckingham Palace forecourt.
